   Compré esta laptop hace algunos días y en mi caso llena mis expectativas. Ventajas: Trae Windows 7, es pequeña y elegante. La batería en realidad dura para 6 horas, no 8, pero es un buen nivel. El teclado es muy bueno, mi esposa tiene una Acer Mini y no me termino de acostumbrar a su teclado. Desventajas: El touchpad es malísimo, es indispensable usar un mouse, calienta significativamente, pesa bastante. Esta laptop a menos de $300. 00 es una ganga, un buen negocio, a más de eso mejor optar por otros modelos.

   Buying direct from Dell is one of the worst experiences I have had with electronics. The system crashed when I was trying to order. I assumed that I had not ordered a computer. Then two days later I got an email that I had ordered on the 19th. I tried to cancel on the 23rd. Tough, they won’t stop shipment of the computer. They will ship it to me. Then I can ship it back and they will charge me a 15% restocking fee and sales tax plus shipping both ways. Dell is a horrible company to do business with. I would never order anything else from Dell. I would suggest if you must buy a Dell computer buy it on Amazon so you have their return policy. Again, you cannot imagine the run around I received from Dell. Avoid a direct purchase from them.

   I have an XP version. Mine blew it’s hard drive on day one. Since it was under warranty the drive was replaced by a refurbished not new drive. It still has problems and has been repaired 3 times. Dell’s customer non service is reason enough to buy an Acer or HP netbook. The Mini could be a winner but Dell isn’t what it used to be 10 years ago. I also have numerous problems with the webcam program as well. Pass on this one.

   So far, I am very pleased with this netbook. I needed a smaller laptop to take to class and download the e-books to, so far it’s been great
